• Customized or/and pre-built consulting, coaching and training programs

Services may be delivered live (in-person or online), on-demand, or through our partner platforms, including CRM Bright.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate information when registering or engaging with services
• Use our materials and platforms for lawful, non-commercial purposes only
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in any program

Misuse or abuse of our services may result in termination of access without refund.

3. Payments & Fees

All pricing and payment terms will be clearly stated before registration or engagement. You agree to:

• Pay all fees on time as agreed
• Ensure payment method is valid and authorized
• Accept any taxes or transaction fees, where applicable

Access to programs or services may be restricted if payments are overdue.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the customized nature of our services and the immediate value delivered (including access to proprietary tools, live sessions, or digital materials), J&P Global does not offer refunds for training, consulting, or coaching services—regardless of delivery method.

Exceptions may only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or verified billing errors.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, and tools provided by J&P Global—including training manuals, slide decks, templates, and digital resources—are the intellectual property of J&P Global or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, share, or sell any material
• Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission

Limited personal or internal business use is permitted with attribution and non-disclosure.

6. Limitation of Liability

J&P Global is not liable for:

• Business losses, loss of income, or indirect damages
• Decisions made or actions taken based on our training or consulting
• Service delays due to third-party tools or force majeure events

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

7. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, income, or performance results.
• Services are educational and consulting in nature and do not replace legal, tax, or financial advice.
• Clients should seek independent professional guidance where necessary.

8. Use of Partner Platforms

J&P Global may offer or integrate services through third-party platforms such as CRM Bright or other tools. Use of these platforms may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party system availability or changes.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Modifications

J&P Global may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
