Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 24th, 2023
This Refund Policy applies to all clients of J&P Global, including individuals, organizations, and business entities who receive live, virtual, in-person, or in-house training, workshops, or consulting services.
1. All Sales Are Final
At J&P Global, we provide professional training and consulting services in Operational Excellence (OPEX), Strategy, Leadership, Management, and Operations.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any of our services, whether:
- Customized or standardized
- In-person, virtual, or hybrid
- Individual or corporate packages
- One-on-one or group sessions
- Digital or downloadable materials
This no-refund policy applies regardless of participation, attendance, or perceived outcomes.
2. Service Activation
Once payment is made, services may begin immediately through:
- Session scheduling
- Delivery of course materials or resources
- Allocation of trainer or consultant time
Once any of these steps are initiated, the service is considered activated and non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling (Optional)
While refunds are not available, one-time rescheduling may be permitted for eligible clients, subject to:
- At least 72 hours’ written notice
- Availability of trainers/consultants
- Approval by J&P Global
All rescheduling requests must be sent to contact@jp-global.co.
4. Acknowledgment of No-Refund Policy
By enrolling in or purchasing any J&P Global service, clients agree to:
- This no-refund policy in full
- Conduct due diligence prior to payment
- Accept responsibility for any absences, missed sessions, or cancellations
5. Billing Concerns
Refunds will only be considered for:
- Duplicate payments
- Verified billing errors
- Fraudulent transactions (with supporting documentation)
